The PRO25D homogenizer provides processing capability up to 5 Liters*. Its digital display and speed control enable fine-tuning speeds between 0 to 30,000 RPM, allowing precise adjustment throughout the entire speed range. The versatile and powerful PRO25D is suitable for a wide range of lab applications including compounding, emulsions and suspensions, cell disruption, protein extractions, medical research, and pharmaceutical processing. With PRO generator probes (5mm to 30mm diameter), it can process samples from 0.05ml to 3.5L*. Sample breakdown level can reach as small as 1 micron. Built with small batch production and complete product testing, supporting less than 1% failure rate across PRO products.
Requires a generator probe to use (sold separately). Please Note: Viscous samples will reduce max capacity. Adding a Deflector Head to your probe will facilitate movement of your sample during homogenization and help increase max volume.
