PRO Deflector Heads are designed to enhance homogenization of larger volumes and higher viscosity materials. The Deflector Head creates vertical movement of heavier materials that would otherwise remain stagnant and promotes increased flow in larger volume samples. When processing viscous materials such as syrups, creams, and lotions, the Deflector Head forces material from the probe tip up tapered walls, increasing vertical movement of the entire sample. Material cycles down to the bottom of the container and up through the Deflector Head until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Mounts easily on PRO probes by 3 screws.
